I've decided that I want to go with a Magnaflow cat-back system for my '96 Gt (the Magnapacks). I liked the way this system looked as a side exit, especially on my year 'stang, but I can't seem to find the side exit Magnapack cat-back system anywhere. Magnaflow's website says it was discontinued. Does anyone know where I can buy this system online? Or, where can I just find the Magnapack mufflers? (I can't seem to find the mufflers sold without the whole cat-back system either). I figure that if the side exit system isn't available anywhere, I could just buy the mufflers, some pipes, and have them bent to be side exit. Any ideas??? Thanks...

Dont know. I do know that side exiting magnapacks will get you a LOT of noise violation tickets. LOL

If its discontinued then im sure it will have to be a custom job, but it sounds like you know what youre doing so thats ok. Im surprised you cant find magnapacks though, they are on a lot of shops online and should be available in stock or through order at a local muffler or performance shop.

I not sure magnaflow made a side exit with the magnapacks. I know they made it with the normal magnaflows. You will have to make it custom is you want the packs.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding just the mufflers. I think some said they got them for 80 a piece.

Yeah, if you want Magnas as side exits, it will have to be a custom job. The exhaust shop will have to put in the bends for you and have it match up to a new side skirts.
