what is the fluid inside the vortech aftercooler and is it bad to run the car if the aftercooler fluid is empty?

for vortech, I believe it's just regular coolant. It won't hurt anything, just not give as much power since the air won't be cooling off.

Why in the hell would you let it run dry??? Spend all that money and dont even do reg maintence??? Not trying to be a dick but damn people take care of ur ****!

 

im not letting it run dry so calm ur *** down. but the guys that took it off to put in my forged pistons put it back on in a bad place and the hose is really low and is in danger of getting knocked off if i hit it hard im going back soon to have them fix it but i jst want to know wut kind of danger there is if the hose gets knocked off and the coolant runs out. find out the story for things before u get all pissy
