Default loud

I have a 2003 mustang with the 4.6, it is stock right now only because I just bought it...I was wondering what exhaust is the loudest and makes the most power... I do realize that slp has one of the loudest and I like the sound but I would like to find an exhaust that is 3"...

How much power do you plan on making in the future??? You'll only need a 3 inch if you have over 350rwhp..

I like your car, the 86 gt is my favorite stang... Like I said my car is stock right now but it will not stay like that for long... I am somewhat of a motor head and love cars... I plan to have 500 + horsepower... As for the other replies I am not a big fan of mac exhaust and I live in calgary alberta, the cops here do not seem the bother you if your car is loud... right now I am running straight pipe and no complants yet...

You need to do the motor stuff first to get to at least 350HP and then do the 3in. exhaust. Flowmaster makes one. If you put 3in. on your stock car it will actually lose power becasue of backpressure.

Yes I do realize that I will lose power if I put 3" on a stock motor but thats not what I asked, I am going to buy parts for my car over the winter and put them on before summer... I plan on putting the hellion turbo kit or a kennebell kit on my car before summer... Thanks for the input though... Right now I have removed the cats and have flowmaster 40 series, so I do like flowmaster, I also had flowmaster on my fox body... More than likely I will go with flowmaster 3" inch... Some other mods I have ordered and will be putting on next wekk are the cold air kit from roush, roush classics shifter and mach 1 chin lip... I am not a big fan of roush but I work for ford in sales and we deal with roush, so the deal i am getting is hard to beat.
