Default procharger help

ok so i had some trouble with a procharger (p1sc) that i bought from a guy on here. the compressor wheel would get stuck. well we took the wheel casing off and it looked like the compressor wheel needed to be pushed down a ways. we got it to just below the lip on the housing. for those who have opened one up, how far below that lip should we go? it also has a bolt and a spacer that i suppose is used to press the wheel down. between the spacer is there supposed to be a washer or anything? or should we keep pushing it down till the shoulders on the spacer touch the metal rod that sticks up in the middle of the compressor wheel? right now we are probably 1 mm or less under the lip. there is approximately 1 mm left inbetween the spacer and the metal shaft. thanks for your help
