Purchasing N20 in north jersey

Were is a good place to go. Speed shop by my office charges $60 to fill a 10 lb bottle "NO TOP OFFs". If I go in with 5 lbs already in it it"s $60. Am I cheap or is this a little expensive?

that is way to expensive. around here its about $40 for 10lbs bottle. they charge by the pound so if you bring a bottle that has 9lbs in it, it only costs $4 to fill it
