mmmmm more power
so i changed my mufflers, to flows, dint change the pipeing but now want to bc ive been told im not getting all ishould out of my exhaust, i have a 99 convertivle gt, whats the best way to go, i want the most power possible, x, h, offroad, what size piping?
If you want the most power possible, and arent worried about being street legal, then get some bbk longtubes, a matching offroad x pipe, and magnapack muffflers.
If you want to have the most power and stay legal, then get JBA shorty headers, a bassani catalytic x pipe, and magnapack mufflers.
If you want to keep your flows and stay legal, then get a catalytic h pipe and some shorty headers. This will give you a KILLER sound, but it will be just a few horses less than the first two setups.

Emissions testing here in colorado is required once a year. For exhaust size I would recommend 2 1/2 ". I just got the SLP loudmouth cat back, and will be installing it when i get my car back (dont ask). Ill let u know how that feels and sounds.
