Default Possible problem

Alright, I dont know if anyone else with a Supercharger experiences this but. When I installed my CAI and TB, I noticed something happen. When I rev my car up, it seems like there is a short delay in the boost going on. The SC whines alot more but now when i let off the gas at 5950 rpms, there is a delay as well, my boost goes up to almost 11 (at 6300 rpms) but no limiter slows it down (since I'm not on the throttle). Is this dangerous or normal?

As far as I know, my supercharger came with one. Honestly, I wouldn't know what it looks like though.
