I could reallllly use some help on this guys...

I have a P1SC with 3 core and I'm trying to put it on my 03 GT.

1.The dam tensioner pivots behind the bracket, will cutting the ears off of this make it clear?

2. The belt looks like its going to rub its self inbetween the ATI idler and the water pump pulley any tips?

3. I'm not sure what size washer to use inbetween the head and the top left mounting bolt. About how thick to make everything line up right?

and the piping on the passenger side... dam...

any tips or help would be soooo appreciated ...

Well... I cut the tip off of the tensioner and now there is no issue with that...

The charger and bracket line up great against the head.. but ...

turns out the belt is rubbing against its self inbetween the ATI idler and the water pump pulley. here:


My water pump pulley is 6.5 inches in diameter.. anyone know if this is factory or not..?

 

You've got underdrive pulleys, take em off!

 

Diffinately underdrive water pump pully. Like like it's from SLP. I had to take mine off to.. Will slow down boost. You need to put you stock pullies back on.
