dumps vs tailpipes?

ive got dumps on mine with 40 series and it made it fairly loud, im gonna do a new cat back tho

im trying turn downs for the first time muffler with turndowns. they arent strate to the gorund but at a 45* angle and it still rumbles off the ground. They are a little loud when u punch it but i jus turn my system up and i hear no more car. I like the set up and its a very inexpensive personal touch
