Default Turbo setup question

would it be possible to run a turbo setup with a bunch of synched up electric exhaust cutouts, and be able to go from N/A to twins with the flip of a switch, i figure if there synched, one to reroute the air intake, and one or two to reroute the exhaust away from the turbo(s), and have the BOV open and let it/them spool down, but then flip a switch, let it/them spool up, and be able to smoke any car ever made

just wondering what you guys thought, and if this is even remotely possible

you could probably rig some way up to do that. Just like you can take the turbo off a car and then crank it and it will still run as long as your blowing through the MAF sensor and not drawing air through it, which you shouldn't do anyways.

But wouldn't it just be easier to turn the boost down though, i mean a turbo'd engine bay is crowded enough without all the cut-out valves and wiring, etc.

If you did find a way to do it it would be expensive and very complicated.

yeah, and ive also been told that the injectors would be too big, and the tune would be off, turning the boost down is probably the best idea

sounds completely unneccesary. the turbos wont make boost when just driving around untill you floor it.
