Default '96-'04 JMS turbo set up

This setup looks really different and a nice option and maybe a little lest work than a conventional under the hood turbo set up. Check it out halfway down the page and voice your opinons

If you noticed the picture of the cobra also had a blower on it... looks fishy to me.

Well, it could be twin-charged......but yeah, looks suspicious.

If you read into it, they gutted the eaton blower and just used it as the intake manifold.

in the picture where the pipe is running over the wheel, at the bottom of the wheel the pipe makes a sharp 90* bend. dont like that. also, where is the intercooler?.....or does the cobra have an air/water stock?

I was reading up on the set up and they said there was no need for an intercooler due to air being cooled in the long piping, it is kind of strange they gutted the blower instead of buying an aftermarket intake or custom fab, I like the set up though, seems like less work and heat in the engine compartment.

Looks pretty dumb to me? why would you gut a roots blower and cut a hole in the side of your ride? IMO, a roots blower would get you more power then a turbo in your quarter panel. lol

I dunno, the gutted blower is kinda retarded, but the remote mounted twin turbos are pretty F in sweet.
