You never know, sound clips just suck on the net...

But I think we're about the same, with mine being a ib bit louder....and yes, I have magnaFLOWS with a catted mac H-pipe, great deep sound also, just louder when you hit the sweet spot. Ask nanaki or 2K1gt they will tell you it's not annoyingly loud by any means.

I just think you'll find stingers too quiet with the stock H.

Alright, screw it, I'm getting the Magnapacks.
I think I'll be able to get away with it since I don't plan to ever change the factory manifolds or h pipe.

nice choice

Wish you would've went with the stingers, I don't think you would've been disappointed. But packs are a nice choice as well, can't go wrong.

i will let you know how the borla sounds compared to the flowmasters hopefully within the next few days... ive got my new borla stingers showing up tomorrow and i will be installing them within a week or so. i will tell you if they are louder than flowmasters or not and how they sound compared to flowmasters. flowmasters and magnaflows are pretty much the same i think? right now i have flowmaster exhuast and im switching it to borla.
Not even close. The Magnaflow is a straight through type muffler, while the flowmaster is a baffled muffler. They are two completely different mufflers that produce two completely different sounds.

Wait until you hear them on your car, you will scream like a little girl when you hear how awesome it sounds.

Make sure you have someone drive your car and you stand outside to listen...

Thanks guys.

Pacman was nice enough to PM a vid of his car with the packs and that sold me.
The Stingers sound cool too, but I can get the Magnapacks for $359 shipped vs. +/- $500 for the Borla and I need to be able to save as much money as possible.

Hey, could you PM me that video too? I'm either gonna go with the Magnaflow or the Magnapacks too.

Go into the videos section of this site and in the sticky called "members videos" look for packmans video at the bottom of the first thread. He has the stock manifolds and midpipe and said it was at about 5,000 rpms in the vid.
Also you can check out magnaflows website and they have a few vids too.
Its loud, but not nearly as loud as I thought.
