Default Adding some power

I know very little about cars, but I'm trying to find a site that would maybe have a guide on the basic components and such?

I want to add some power to my Mustang, but I have no clue where to start first.

I believe everything besides my wheels and stereo is stock.

I have a decent budget, so I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas on how to upgrade her.

I'm read about superchargers/turbo/nitrous oxide, but like I said... I have no idea where to begin. Any help will be appreciated.

Default RE: Adding some power

you want to begin with getting your motor built to handle all the power you thorw at it, forged internals all the way, a forged crank, connecting rods and pistons are the best place to start to be able to withstand the power you thorw at them and look at running low compression if you plan on doing forced indction...anything else ask me
