i want to put a blower on a 408W with a carb. is it possible?? which one should i get?? and where can i find one?? i should also add that i wanna tryto keep the car streetable. and if you guys can maybe give me a good cam combo for it. it will be forged internal with afr 205 heads. someone help me.

Paxton makes a couple for early carbed 351W. Most of the early 5.0 carb kits will work, but 1 mounting bolt on the bracket will not line up.

I went a little different with mine, since it is set up for a lot of boost. I am using a Vortech Renegade EFI kit, but feeding it to a carb in a Vortech enclosure. It has worked out very good so far at only 15 psi of boost. I will convert to E85 this Winter, then up the boost.

Here is a shot of it.



With this setup, there is no place for A/C or P/S.

Ive been thinking of an ysi - but people are telling me turbo - ive got a v2 now - what do you think hoss?

yeah im looking more into trying to get a roots style blower not a centrifigul supercharger
