hey i have a 02 with a Kenne Bell 9psi intercooled. i know that when its hot out that a car is gonna run slower especially one with FI but i figured with the I/C it would not make that much of a difference but it seems to run at like %70 power when its hot out and i can def feel a diff. The temp gauge on the car stays lower than it used to so i mean i guess its doin something but does heat really effect it that bad even with the intercooler or is it not workin properly?

 

Yes, heat will affect it that bad. My car picks up half a second at the track just by letting it cool down.

 

yeah you will notice that in the winter (air is more dense b/c of coldness) your car will feel so powerfull you will love it....but then summer comes and it goes out the door.
