I have these on my 98 cobra right now, were there when I bought it.
I know these things cost a few HP and a few lb/ft, but does anyone know about how much they are costing me?
i've been looking at getting a new midpipe and possibly some long tubes and was wondering if those will compensate for the loss associated with the sides.
any ideas?
also, they test emissions here, can I go cat-less?

 

Depending on what state your in you can't even go high flow cats and pass emissions. However you can do what you want as long as you change back come emission time, doesn't take that long to do. As for you other question.... no idea haha sorry

I'm in about the only county in texas that does emissions (Williamson).
I could just get the off-road and swap for inspection, but It might be a pain in the *** to swap every year.

 

you only need to swap every other year you dont get tested every year, you do know that?
