Question to those sound-seekers with ugrade modifcations on the mind....Can anyone vouch for the Bassini quiet thunder or any magnaflow catbacks? I currently want to keep my stock H-pipe exhaust due to emissions in NY...for now. Primarily looking for sound....deep, classy, throaty sound with a tendency to get noticed without waking up the neighbors. Found Bassini and magna flow have a good tone to them and to be helpful on line at www.mustangexhaust.com
The sound qualty isnt great, but better than nothing.

I think the stingers may match your preference. They can be loud as hell when you want them to be, but can be quiet to if you need them to be. I'm not sure how they sound on a stock H, but if you want to listen to my setup (stingers + mac o/r PC) here is a decent clip of me revvin in neutral.

Oh sorry I can't vouch for the bassani or magnaflow tho. I think that both of them will match your preference as well, but I have no real life experience listening to them, just online clips, my doce cents...

 

dont get mac cat back or magna packs, both very loud. im guessing maybe flowmaster 3 chambers if u dont want something to to loud.

 

Well something a little bit louder at idle than the stock i have now would be nice. Its sounds good @ 3000RPM in 3rd gear. where can i get that soud all the time????

Borla and bassini sound unique, but are pricy and would take away from other mods i want to make right now. Are they really worth the extra $$$?
