mods
What are you looking to accomplish? Speed, power, acceleration, looks, handling? All of them?A little more information would go a long way to get your question answered quickly. It all depends on what you want from your car in the end.
and you are kind of all over the car... if you are going to get a tuner and TB i would get a plenum and dynotune. They go hand in hand and the tune will really bring out the TB and plenums potential. Also maybe a CAI with bigger MAF. What about exhaust? If you are doing exhaust i would get headers done first. Gears are always great. Stick or auto car?
All in all, saving and going F/I is probably the best thing to do.

Ok i see what u r sayn i want to add a little for all but i dont have a ton of cash to spend.... i have an automatic and i was thinkn tuner, gears, cai, and exhaust... what do ya think????
It would also be nice to know exactly what you have. I'm assuming that it's a Mustang, but that's pretty much all we "know" about it. What are we talking about here? 3.8, 4.6, 5.0, etc. The more detailed information you give us (like year, style, current mods, usage (street, strip, or both,) budget, etc. then teh more we can help.
A mod that is literally free on a 5.0 can cost you a couple hundred bucks on a 4.6, etc. So it's kind of important.

Ok, that gives us a place to start. I'd stay away from stuff like a bigger TB or MAF just yet. They won't give you what you're looking for (I assume you want mods you can feel right away.)
For the auto, get a set of 4.10 gears and a Shift Kit (TransGo kits are pretty good.) Those two mods alone will make a HUGE difference in how your car drives and feels. After that throw a decent exhaust on there and you will have a nice sounding car that will feel a lot faster than it was before. With that setup, it should shift hard and fast enough to push you back in your seat a little, and when shifting from first to second you should be able to easily chirp the tires. A great improvement over the stock 4R70W.
