Default Turbo 06' V6 question

I have started piecing together my turbo kit and I have alot of the parts already, but I am having a problem finding info on an ECU tuner for forced induction on my first American car! I am very versed in the import scene and finally came to my senses! A fat white boy like me has no business in a little import car! Ive also turboed a few other imports myself, and the biggest motor I have done is a 2.0, so I also haven't the faintest idea on what a quick spooling turbo for the 4.0 would be.

Any suggestions, or info would be great!

Default RE: Turbo 06' V6 question

First, what car do you have??? I am assuming w/ the 4.0 comment that it is a S197 4.0L mustang. What are you plans for the car??? track, autocross, street car???

I would PM Fazm about turbo sixers since he has a pretty sick one. As far as a tuner, you should be able to get tuning done by a number of programs. I would find a good tuner in your area and get what they have since that is what they will be able to tune for you on the dyno. There is SCT, Diablosport, AndersonFord Motorsports' PMS, FAST, etc. Personally, I have SCT since that is what my tuner tunes w/ so I got what he had. Good luck.

BTW, you might want to look at doing a Solid Rear axel swap to a 8.8" or Ford 9" rearend to take the abuse/power.
