Default Installation Difficulty?

I'm gonna be gettin some LT headers (prolly bbk, but do you guys think another brand is better??). Prolly the first week of may, maybe the second. Anyways, I dont want to pay for installation on them. I want to know how extensive the install on them is...is it really hard? I haven't done much work on cars before, but if you guys could tell me everything i'll need (prolly gaskets, bolts, etc) that would really help.

Is it easy enough for me to do? Or should I have it done professionaly. I will be gettin an X pipe too, since I hear those are best for power and sound.

Thanks for replies!

this is definetly a job that needs a lift because you have to drop the k-member to install the headers. A friend of mine paid 500$ to have his bbk lt's installed

Well, should I get some mid-length headers instead? I hear their performance gains are minimal, and their sound isn't as throaty, but to save $500.00, I'll get 'em!

Anyone got mids? Like em? Dont like em?
