code p0161 anyone?

TTT I got this code too, I put the stock airbox back on for emissions purposes and reset the tune to stock, I noticed the check engine light was on so I reset it.
When I went to DEQ I passed all the tests but they said since the computer has recently been reset I need to put at least 50 miles on the car then go back. The problem is that if I turn the car off the check engine light comes back on.
Does anyone know if I can pass emissions if the check engine light is on, if not how do I clear that code for good?
