Default 8-9 PSI

Okay, so I am in the process of building an intercooled vortech v-2 supercharger system for my 99 Mustang GT. My mods are in my sig and I don't plan on using a power pipe. I was wanting to run about 8-9 PSI for around 380-400RWHP. I was thinking the 3.33 pulley because they say for each pulley size down you gain 1-2 PSI. 3.60" is the stock one that runs 7-8 PSI correct? So going to 3.33" would jump it up to 10-12 PSI but intercooling it would drop it back down to 8-9 range correct? Just want to make sure I have my bases covered before I get the wrong size pulley. Thanks in advance.

3.33 is a good size to use with an intercooler

It primarily depends on how well your engine flows. The better it flows the lower the psi for that given impeller speed. Pressure drop from an intercooler will depend on the intercooler itself, not all are equal. Most companies lie about it so it's hard to tell just by reading their numbers.

you'll also need to get rid of that under drive pulley. but you math sounds about right, I'm also starting to buy pieces for my vortech setup, its exciting! Good luck!

my 3.33" pulley with stock heads, cams, and mainfold yielded me 10 psi. Again PSI is just a measure of restriction. I don't recommend 10 lbs or more on a stock motor....

+100 i wouldn't go any higher then 10 psi...you don't want to have to buy a shortblock right after you just spent money on the S/C.
