Default DIY or local shop. Your opinion in cost difference

I'm a DIY guy, but I'm limited on tools and wondering if it'll just be as cost effective for me to bring the 65 to a shop vs. doing it myself. I have a hack job under the car from a previous owner 20 years ago. Mufflers dump down under the rear seat, before the rear end which I like. Currently no H Pipe. Have Long Tube Heddman Headers and Flowmasters.

Option 1: Buy 2 4' pipes (3" wide) and an H pipe kit at Summit along with a pipe expanding tool for $100 and tie into my existing Flowmasters. No bends necessary but may have to tweak with hangers and don't have welder to hang em up. Would come with c clamps in the kit to hang em all up. Would have to cut existing welds to the mufflers.

Option 2: Tell Midas or one of these shops I want the above set up and to use my current mufflers.

Concerns:
Muffler shop does a ****ty job.
Wondering what a small job like this would cost considering fab is minimum.

Any companies I should go to? Who should I stay from? What do you think my cost would be on this. All in all, it's just an H Pipe, 3" wide tubes and a total of 4 feet from end of the long tubes, through the H pipe kit and to the mufflers. No bending. Pretty much easy even for myself but dont feel like dealing w/ incedentals and running around town for small tools and fittings.

I would personally line it up youorself and then take it in to have them tweak and weld it. That way you still get to appreciate the work you did, but also get to save some money and have it welded professionally
