Default fuel pressure regulator procharged GT

I'd like some opinions on whether I should put a fuel pressure regulator on my FR1 Procharged 2000 GT (600 RWH HP).
The car has a 2003 Cobra tank, Kenne Bell boost-a pump, and twin GT40 pumps.

Fuel pressure is running about 25 at idle, 40-45 when I kick it in, and frankly I haven't hat the car at WOT because of the lack of opportunity.
The fuel press gauge does hop around a bit.

What do you think?

Second question is where to locate the Regulator?

Thanks
