Default Muffler problem

I got flow master mufflers awhile ago. I put them on and thought i would never think about it agian. But i was wrong, it turns out that the tailpipe on the left muffler wasnt in the outlet all the way, while tigthing the clamp down it slipped out and now theres a ring on the outlet. Therefore the tail pipe wont go in far enough to clamp it down tight, So when i hit a bump it falls out and rattles.

So im wondering it i can get this "ring" out of the outlet pipe so the tailpipe will go in all the way, i have both dumped after the mufflers right now and it sounds good, but its hard to have a conversation in my car.

You can buy a pipe expander that spreads pipe apart put it in tighten it and the pipe will open up.They make different sizes so you can do different pipe
