Default Its time to up the BOOST

Okay so heres what ive got its a S197 with a built drivetrain and SC'd im looking for a lil more power not much just a lil bit. Im currently pushing 428hp at only 6psi of boost Non intercooled. So what im planning on doing is uping the boost to 10psi with a intercooler, just cause im expecting to loose about 2 psi of boost thru the intercooler and piping. Also i plan on pulling the crappy bypass valve on it and installing a badass Synapse synchronic BOV, along with methanol injection. My question is is this a plausible way to achieve close to 470 hp safely. Also has anyone used a import BOV on here to replace the Bypass valve, i havent seen a write up on it.

Further details about my car are in the link in my sig

please dont do all of that on stock internals, it will be a ticking time bomb and we would all hate to see a beautiful ride like that be down for months

I would get forged internals or even a new stouter block (mmr etc etc). My car is pretty much modded out and once I install the Vortech I'll be pushing really close to my max..gonna save up and buy a mmr block and then try in push her close to 500.. good luck man..

You could actually skip the meth injection and be okay with the air to air, quite honestly.

I thought about doing meth with me air to air next season but I figured it'll be over kill...

yeah i think meth w/ front mount is overkill as well. i was going to do it on my build w/ my front mount but decided to hold off for now

What part of SoCal are you located? We're looking for a centrifugal blower candidate to test a new product. PM sent.

It's not a secret gadget, we've developed the new Synchronic Diverter Valve that we know would be perfect as an upgrade to those whom have a Vortech/Paxton blowers kits that are still using the stock BPV from the kit. Yesterday, FrigidReflection's 06 blown 3V running on our dyno has validated our belief.

We didn't want to post anymore information because we don't want to come across as advertising on this board without having a "vendor" status.
