So you can make all the pipes you will need for the turbo kit.

Where are you located??? In San Diego there is Hypersport Racing in Chula Vista that does a ton of Ford's including a 76mm 5.4L F-150 among others, they are a wholesale dealer for Vortech and can do what you want. Most of the time they can even furnish a ride in different cars (i.e turbo, S/C, NA) so you'll get a feel of how they drive on the street.

The plumbing for the turbo system. Exhaust & intake plumbing.

You can buy weld el's, cut a straight pipe alot to form bends, or use a pipe bender. The thing you would have trouble with is making the flanges. You may have to buy those.

An exhaust shop might do the exhaust & intake work for you.

if you do some reasearch some junyard hunting and ebaying you could have a nice turbo setup for maybe 3-4k. best way to control fuel and everything would be with megasquirt. you could prolly easily run 10psi with proper tuning maybe a few more psi.

depending on what your going for a single turbo setup could be better then a twin.

Me too. Cam, TB, & MAF is more what I had in mind, nothing big like heads or intake. I'm getting ready to take out a loan for $400 to try to accomplish what my friend thinks can't be done. Twin turboing my current Ford Probe GT. This will be the 4th one I've boosted. 3rd one of mine. He bet me $50 that I couldn't do it with $400. It would be a little be more expensive because the headers will require more piping & the turbos sized for the mustang (two T-bird turbo coupe turbos) are harder to find than the size for the probe (two DSM turbos)
