Exaust hangs to low.

Exaust hangs to low.
I have a 03 gt and the exaust hangs down in the middle and when we had our 02 it did the samething. our 02 had exaust work done and the 03 we have now has had some done to it too, so is this a common thing? whats the best way to get this fixed?
