Default shark nozle mounting

My cai came with a hole for mounting a nozle. But its about 1 1/2 feet away from the t/b. The instructions say to place it a few inches away. Will this affect performance? When i hit the button i definatly feel an increase but im not sure if its 100 hp.

Mine is a bbk and the hole was for the inlet air temp sensor, but on an 04 its integrated. I was wondering the same thing, if a fogger would do any good that far away.

I dont think it will make a difference. Thats a very short distance when you consider how quick the air is flowing at WOT. Besides that, N20 doesnt break down until the combustion process so, no matter 2 or 12 inches, its still N20 feeding into the tract. Some people will say it does matter. But like I said, your still spraying that 100 shot into the same ammount of air reguardless of where the spray is introduced.

One other thing. While your sparying, get that bish on a Dyno. IMO any N20 spray needs to be tuned. Youll be safer and faster that way. Id be interested to see some numbers, congrats on the N20 system man. Be safe with it.
