Did anyone get compressor surge after installing a front mount intercooler. I think mines doing it. The only thing that has changed is the intercooler. Im running the stock vortech bosh bypass valve and a draw through 95mm maf.

 

Any help..?? Ive searched and searched and I don't want to have to go blow thru... any one running draw thru with same set up. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

 

You need to put a bigger bypass valve on. The stock one cannot handle the addition of an intercooler (or at least in my experience). When I had the draw thru set up, I had a Vortech Mini Race bypass valve set up between the supercharger and intercooler. It then vented back into my boost pipe between the MAF and supercharger.
