Default Couple ?s

First off, have an '05 GT with a P1SC-1 Procharger. I just got done installing the Kenne Bell BAP & from what i've been seeing on here & around the web is since I bypassed the switch, it's running at full capacity as long as the car is running, correct? Am I also correct in assuming I can't hear the buzzing from the fuel pumps increasing as I increase the amount on the switch because the switch isn't hooked up (Duh, lol?). On a side note, I haven't pushed the car past 3k since I haven't had it on a dyno yet, should I be safe taking it up that "high" or should I keep it around 2-2500 rpms? Sorry for the stupid questions...up until the BAP install I never took it above 2k.
