Default A/F guage install??

Im thinking about getting an Autometer A/F guage, and was wondering what else I would need to hook it up.

Do I need a wide band o2 or can I just wire into one of the back two that I am not using. Do I need special cables or a lm1. Its for a 04 gt.

Whats up.

Yea, you can wire it right to the o2 sensor pin reading in te eec or i guess right to the o2 sensor itself.
the thing is our stock 02 sensor only reads in values of 2 or close to it.
like 10,11,12-14 or maybe even further apart...or a bit closer..
a wideband 02 will say 10.5,10.6,10.7,10.8 u get it..
besides the stock o2 sensor is not verry accurate.
so basicly the only thing its going to do for you is tell you if your pig rich, which would make the car
seriously run like crap.....or if your lean as hell...which u would detonate...so

basicly w/out a wideband theyre useless. but they look cool...
imo

just get a wideband if you wanna spend the money but one from like autometer is pointless....personally a waste of money if you ask me, it does nothing but bounce back and forth and green when you punch.........save your money and get a wideband
