First I will say thank you to every member here past and present. I been reading every nitrous thread on this forum for about a year. I would have made some horrible choices if I had not.

I put a nitrous Express Proton plus system in my 01 gt vert. I got the Schrader valve attachment for the feul line.
I put a 93 octane nitrous tune from bama chips on the computer. Ran 93 octane. And have a WOT switch.
I started with the 75 shot to be sure everything was fine, then bumped up the the 100 shot jets.

Glad to hear, I've been tossing around the idea also, just as a toy thing, but haven't made a final decision yet. Post back when you've run a couple bottles thru, then list the pros and cons from a normal car guy.

I absolutely will. I'm a weekend tinker-er. I don't race or have huge plans. I upgrade the car when I have the cash it's fun.

Exactly ^^^, I go to the track maybe 2 - 3 times a year, and only for bragging rights between friends on TNT nights.

But I think it'd be fun to show my 4 teenage kids that there's more to life than just boys for my 3 girls, and video games for my boy lol.

I'm very happy with it. I have done all my hits in 4th starting at 3000 rpm. It rips right through to redline.
I am going to try a hot in 3rd to see if the tires break loose.

Any suggestions on anything nitrous would be awesome

stop being a wus, and take the hit right off the line 1-4th...............only con to NO2, = having to fill the bottle also if you don't have a bottle pressure gauge get one, I run pressures up around 1050-1100, I use a bottle heater for such and it hits hard at that pressure......more so than lets say if you pressure is at 850-900 range which is often what it is first thing in the morning with car being stored inside a garage.

Ok... I thought you didn't want to hit the n2o until 2500 to 3000 rpm. I wouldn't have a problem spraying through the gears to see it in action.
I have a WOT switch, so I guess once I'm rolling in 1st, go wot and let the spray fly?

I launch at 4500 rpm+, so no issue there.

Ha! Nice. I will give it a shot. I want to see what it will do. I need to buy a bottle heater for sure. I noticed I'm running about 900psi at best.
