looking at the 4x4 tacoma kit, anyone real familiar with them????

Ive found that they are a waste of time, but the Fbody guys seem to swear by them. Ive seen a car pick up like two tenths after the install and it was an LS1 TA. LOL

yeah i only know them through LS1s. they seem to like them but i haven't heard any great numbers being produced but i have seen some vids and it seems like its makes alot of power. but not sure about a Tacoma though
