Default emissions

Probably a stupid question, but does adding a cat back exhaust system and long tube headers cause the car to not be emissions legal? I assume that the headers would, but not the exhaust. If so, is there a way to add these mods without having to replace the stock every year in order to pass emissions? Thanks for the help.

Default RE: emissions

LTs will fail emisisons 100%, catback won't. just need a midpipe with some high flow cats and any catback and you'll be fine. stay away from the LTs. from what i hear, they're not the easiest thing to just swap on and off for emissions.
