I had a 14psi pulley with a SQ-V2 on our 2000 GT without any type of cooler. On cold days, I have seen 16-17psi. GOD, I miss that car.

Before I installed my V-1 I collected quite a lot of info and talked to Vortech as well. According to them you should not go over 10psi of boost on a stock engine. If you go over 10psi you should get an after or intercooler anyway. Vortech sales them on their website for aobut $1700. I just looked up ebay for some custom piping and intercooler. It cost about $700.00 for all the hardware and I'll install it by myself. Make sure that you have it tuned up well after the installation. There is also a very good article in the stickies in this topic called "Supercharger information". Check it out it quite interesting.
