Ok im still undesided on my exhuast sytem for my 87' GT advice would be really helpful im trying to find which exhuast is easy but LOUD DEEP and great at idle i know i already want BBK shorty header's and BBK O/R H that will already be loud but which cat back system should i go with? remeber i want it LOUD DEEP and great at idle?

i'm a big fan of flowmaster 2 chambers on 5.0's....i know a lot of people have them, but that's because they sound so good. you should also save a little while longer and get long tubes

^^+1 on what he said, almost any Flows would sound good with an o/r H-pipe and aftermarket headers. I would also look into Bassani, I like the way it sounds on a 5.0.

Ok long tube header's will i have to have a short H pipe for that? If so where can i get one?

yes, you will need a short h pipe to go with the longtubes, just get the BBK LT's and the matching BBK O/R H...i hate flowmasters on 5.0's..sounds hollow and tinny yuck its horrible..go with magnapacks? will be very loud, and keep the deep tone no doubt

my brother said to stay away from long tubes b/c the flanges were low and down so if i hit a decent sized pot hole (which this place has a ton of) and wpuld ri[ out, any truth to this b/c i hear they sound real nice and i was looking at tehm i was probly goin to get almost the same set up so post a clip when u get them on

Yeah i'll proubly go with the shorty header's we have pot hole's and everything else here plus they are a pain to install and i think it would be easyer to just go with shorty's an O/R H and american thunder catback
