Default Nitrous mastermind(computer) intalation problems ¡Help!

I´have been trying to make the Jacobs mastermind work as it should and the closer i got is that the rpm on the tach show about half of what the master mind rev limiter was setted. Car is a GT 1985 5.0 carburated with forged internals and an MSD 6AL kit with a Tach adapter, distributor OEM. Someone knows well this Jacobs mastermind??? There is a green wire that´s suppossed to go to the tach signal and it appears not to be compatible with any signal I tried (MSD,Coil and Distributor) so it now is not connected to anything.

if you have the tpi harness for the msd.....you have to tap into the harness of the new harness, not the old harness of the coil.

did that make sense?

i think thats your problem , but not sure.

Not much, Nitrous-bob. TPI stands for tunned port injection? if so I don´t have it, this car is carburated, any suggestions???

By the way this car has been carburated since it came out from Ford.
