I agree!!

My local Mustang club I helped start has a member with an 86 notch.
Its a four cylinder and its his first car, he is only 17. He has put lots of
time, money and effort into his Stang. I think it is a shame when people
put down Stangs for the sole reason of them being less than a V8

I agree. I prefer V8 cars. Just because it doesn't have one, doens't make it a bad car though. I used to have an 89 LX notch that was a 2.3L. I put the turbine 5.0 wheels on it. It was a nice clean car and was my daily driver for quite a while. I liked it, except for the fact that it was a little slow. LOL... I wish I still had it.

I will say this though. Loud exhaust on anything except a V8 sounds lousy.

It just adds a little fun to the forum. Having your car accepted by your peers, is some gratification.
