Roush Spoiler Pre-Painted Yellow New in Box

Is this the "newer" version of the Roush spoiler that has provisions to bolt down the ends of the center sections? The older versions only use 2 sided tape to hold down the ends of the center section. Almost everyones has lifted up off the trunk lid as the 2 sided tape lets go after a while. Including mine.
