Tokico Dspec Adjustable Shocks/Struts Help!

RE: Tokico Dspec Adjustable Shocks/Struts Help!
This adjuster is frankly the biggest issue I have with the D-specs. It should not be able to "unscrew" the guts of the shock if you just forget or have a dim-wit moment. That's just silly.
The bigger annoyance, and one I've had happen more than once is because the adjuster turns far too easily. When the front struts turn, it's not uncommon for the D-spec adjuster to get drug along with it. More than once I've found D-specs front not set to where I put them, at times just minutes before (like before and after a few autox runs). What's more annoying is that sometimes it's one strut, sometimes both, sometimes neither. I'd recommend you all check your settings, I bet at least a few of you will find a setting a bit different than where you left it, and maybe different side to side.
It is these kind of details that are the reason I changed to Koni. The damping is more a like than different (though there are differences in the damping curve). As Ihave said beforethe D-specs worked much better as dampers than I would have guessed before I used them. It's just toobad, IMHO,they don't use a better more positive adjuster.
