Which lowering spring would look best on my car? It's a heavy debate.

Pro would provide you the best handling but at a sacrifice of ride quality, but if you plan on taking the car to the track on a regular basis Pro would be the best choice.

But for street setup Sport would probably be as much as you want in a daily driver. It should increase the handling but still provide a streetable ride.

If you are just looking for something that will make you car look the best, I beleive that you can find a spring that will lower you care as much as you want regardless of spring tension. I think that a 1-2" drop is the best for out s197.

Great advice...thanks local.

I don't plan on bringing my car to the track in the near future. So it would just be about handling and appreance for the time being. I guess I'll go sport. With like a 1 1/4 drop correct?

I have sport, looks great, but you need to replace the rear shocks at least at the same time. Otherwise over dips it will hit the bump stops at speed.

Id go with the prokit, its a similar drop, has a higher rate (so itll handle A LOT better), but the rate isnt so high that itll rattle your teeth loose as the sportlines would. I dunno about where you live, around here there are tons of potholes - to the point where people have stickers like - "Im not drunk driving, Im dodging potholes!!!". Sportlines would be horrible around here, not to mention the wear and tear to your car. get the prokit.

Hmmm..that's some food for thought. I live in Vegas and most of the roads are new and not to many potholes. I'd hate for the spings to wear on my car. [:@]
