RE: GT Swaybars Installed - Pics
After a few months of driving around with my new rear sway bar, I found that I needed to tighten the bolts. Starting making an annoying clunking sounds when going over bumps. Hope I don't have to keep doing that every few months.

RE: GT Swaybars Installed - Pics
It seems the collective knowledge is to use the existing hardware from the front sway bars when installing those from the GT.
<< break >>
I got a phone call from someone to whom I'd inquired about mounting hardware and, while he didn't answer my question about the size of the bolts, he said to get "end links" for the rear GT sway bars because the V6 Mustangs don't have them and I'll need them to mount the sway bars. I haven't gotten my shipment from Diversified yet; perhaps they included end links. Thoughts, anyone?

Hi all ..
2nd Post..
Picked up my '07 Mustang Premium V6 auto in Oct.
I was considering a rear sway bar right from the order but the Dealer talked me out of it.
Reason was : "Drive it a while then decide as it is a stiff suspension to begin with."
Well it does handle Great but I am looking for impressions re: driving a V6 pkge with One or Two Sway bars.
1.. How much harsher driving on everyday road bumps?
2.. Can just a rear sway bar satisfy the driver? Or just a front?
3.. Weight Transfer to rear wheels at acceleration effected?
Thanks

ORIGINAL: LX200
I got them from Diversified, won an auction and got them for $89 plus shipping. I then got the correct bolts and nuts from Ford for $50 more. Most people just bought the nuts and bolts from Home Depot, but I am ****, and if I can get factory for $50 more, I'll do it.

I got a tracking number from Diversified, mine are enroute. I'm sure eager to get them on.

I don't remember the bolt dimensions of the top of my head.... I bought the Ford bolts.... and I HAD a sheet that specified the torque numbers, but I got rid of it.
If you search for "rear sway bar" you will find what you want...
