Default How should I do a 5 lug conversion

I have a 89 5.0 mustang and have axles, 3.73 gears, and a spool but it needs to be 5 lug.
Can I just get spindles and all the brake stuff thats already on it from a 94-95 mustang?
Can I get the drums form the same mustang or do they have to be from a ranger?
I read around and they sayI have to put spacers or washers on the lower ball joint.
CanIget tubularA arms with SN95 ball jointsfrom the junk yard too?
