Change Tune or something when you get new wheels?
I got some new wheels a while back ago.
I have a 06GT.
Stock wheels were 18x8 or 18x9 cant remember.
My new Roush wheels are 18x10's and I had to get bigger tires.
Is there anything I need to do to make sure the car is running or handling right now that i switched?
I don't have a tuner.... do I need to take it to the shop or am I ok?

As long as the diameter of the TIRE is the same, you are OK.
Stock 235/50/18 - 27.3" diameter
New 255/45/18 - 27" diameter - OK
New 285/40/18 - 27" diameter - OK
The wheels themselves have nothing to do with with the speedometer.

I had to get a new tune after washing the dead bugs off the front of the car. Reduced the coefficient of friction... J/K!!!
There are differences in tires even when they have the same diameter.
Don't worry about the wheels. They don't matter. You're concerned about your tires (overall diameter).
Look up the revs per mile on tirerack.com or on the manufacturer's website for your last set of tires and the current set. That will tell you the error in your speedometer.
Here's a good chart. Notice how tires of the same diameter have a different value for revolutions per mile.
