I have 265/30/20 and 285/30/20 in the back. In hindsight I would have gone 35 series tires all they way around. Some tire manufacturer's wont go bigger than 30 series for 20's in the rear when the tire width gets real wide (like 295 on up). I could be wrong but check with our sponsors like Tirerack.
Oh and a caster camber kit for the front and and ADJ panhard bar for the rear to center the fat rear tires.

No rubbing in the back and the springs should handle the weight of the stereo system. If you take a large bump at a decent speed you might bottom out but just try not to do that. If you are lowered many recommend getting the Tokico D-specs as they are adj for a soft or stiffer ride and make the best of the lowering springs. You should be fine with the springs you have now.
