any drawbacks with 20" rims?

RE: any drawbacks with 20" rims?
they'll be heavier than stock, creating more unsprung weight, and thus, hurting handling and acceleration a bit. you probably won't notice the difference in acceleration unless you take it to the track a lot, but you'll probably notice a small decrease in overall handling. you'll also get a harsher ride due to having to go with a tire with a smaller sidewall. however, they'll look damn good! just depends on what's most important to you and how much you're willing to spend.

i'm running on 20x9 Saleen OEM wheels w/ General Exclaim UHP tires 255/35/20. ride quality does not suffer much but i can surely say the stock shocks SUCK. Handling in corners were improved a lot imo, its just the stock shocks are too floaty and bouncy, even cruising.
luckily i have D-specs, prokit, adj panhard, UCA, HD strut mounts in my closet . just need to find an open weekend to install them.

that might do it!
Remember, you're going from stock tires of 55 side profile to 35, which is bound to cause a huge difference in ride feel, some good... some bad. It'll take lots of other parts to get it the way you want.
