Default Suspension option.

Just wondering why didn't ford offer an upgraded suspension as an option for the 05-08 Mustangs? I think a suspension option package that includes Roush suspension and 18" wheels would have been a good idea. If I had to take a guess on why the do not offer this package as an option would be that many people would spend the extra 1500-1800 on this package and the reg. Mustangs would not sell as well.

Ford has this offer as a Ford Racing handling pack. If you have a dealer put the package on, I beleive the car will still keep its original warranty. Ford teamed up with Shelby to do all their high performance cars. The Shelby cars are beautiful, but have a big price tag for the upgrades.

Ford also teamed up with Roush and Saleen. But Ford Racing uses Eibach springs for their handling pack, its good equipment.

This new forum software is very unpleasant to have to work with . . . it somehow landed me here instead of in a thread with the same title in an entirely different section. Whether is the software's fault or mine doesn't matter if it makes navigating the forums this cumbersome.
