i've looked at the dba site and they don't have a section for the 05+ cars. How do you know they have rotors that will work?

The drilled/slotted stuff these days is mostly for show (a throwback to when race brake pad compounds really did gas out like mad), and they are prone to cracking quicker. But you already know that, I'm sure.
Here is a prime example of that. These are rear rotors off a E36 BMW with track pads after a track session. Just shows they are all for show.

BMW considers brake rotors as 'consumables'- those just got consumed a little faster than normal
