Default BMR LCA's UCA's and Adj panard bar

I asked this in a thread in the main forum for S197's but I should make a thread on this in suspension since it's more appropriate.

So, I want to get the components mentioned in the title but I actually know little about what they do other than compliment lowered mustangs. They were recomended by the guys that installed my shocks/springs in the first place but didn't say it was a dire requirement.

So for those of you who have these components, what do they do, have you installed them yourself, and have did they help? Specifically people with similar setups to mine, lowered with aftermarket shocks.
